How to be a millionaire before you turn 25!

Review the following slide show.  What are at least three trends you notice from one millionaire to another?  What business idea interests you the most?  Why?  If someone came up to you and offered you a million dollars to tell them your best entrepreneur idea what would your idea be?  Why?

  1. Three trends that I noticed were all of the people started their companies at a very young age, for their advice they all said not to give up, and they all made successful companies through the internet. The business ideas that interested me the most from the slide show were facebook and the yearbook. The reason that these two interested me the most is because they are ways of keeping touch with friends who have moved away or you don't see as often as you used to. I probably would not have an answer because I am not good at thinking of things right on the spot so I am not sure.

  2. A few trends that I noticed from these millionaires were starting their exploration young, start with little money, and seemed to be determined on one aspect. I liked the idea of the guy who started making business cards and selling his sisters beenies babies at age 12. I have also enjoyed selling old unwanted stuff on ebay and find it enjoyable. One of the guys said to find something you really enjoy and pursue it. A business idea I think would be enjoyable would to create a wood bat company. Once you have the equipment I don't think produce wood baseball bats would be too expensive and it is something I can relate to.

  3. Three trends I noticed were almost every person started at a young age, the internet played a big role, and they all really focused on their goals. None of these business ideas interest me because there are so many similar ideas to each of those in the slide show. Many people do what those people have done, on a daily basis, and never make a millions. To me it can be a really big hit and miss use with creating internet sites and such. I don't really have an idea I could put my finger on if someone came up and offered me that much money. Plus you never want to openly share many ideas like that because if they are good ideas someone else could take them and sell them.

  4. The recurring trends i noticed was that most of the people earned their first million at a young age. Alot of them also used the internet to get their business going. Also many of them said to keep trying and keep going, so determination. The facebook and dell guys were cool, but those were really those only ones I knew. The rest i didn't know about or anything. My business idea is an underground book selling company for college students. I buy back used books and sell them back for cheap prices. Goldmine I tell yeah..goldmine

  5. The three trends I noticed were start at a young age, be passionate, and use the internet. I liked the Dell guy. He released his first products just before dropping out of college. I wonder if he dropped out because of the fact that Dell took off so greatly. If I had any idea of some sort of business I think it would be a guitar building company. High quality guitars without the ridiculous high quality prices. Goldmine I tell yeah..goldmine

  6. Some of the most common trends that I found were that they all went after something they believed in, they all had a good fun reason for doing such things and they all started these up not knowing how big of a sensation they would be. I thought the idea for the yearbook was a good idea. It is another social networking idea and I thought it was something different from facebook. I would say my best idea would be to start up a bakery that sold real homemade fresh bread for a good price that everyone can enjoy. It is my dream to start my own bakery/ coffee shop and I just wish people understood the importance of real ingredients and I am just hoping that I can give the public good food for a good price.

  7. The trends I noticed were that all of them started their company early, were passionate about what they were doing, and they really utilized the interent to start everything up. Most of them had a company that was online, not really a physical buisness but a online one. I liked how facebook came to be, probably because of the movie. You got to see pretty much how everything came to be. I would pitch him some off the wall idea that shot through my head the moment he asked the question and I saw the money of course. I never really think things completely through, I just kind of wing it and hope for the best. I used this technique through speech, so why not in that situation.

  8. The three trends I found were that they all started their companies at a young age, were focused and determined and created the companies off of what they like to do, and most used the internet or computer related technology to start their business. I thought Facebook and Dell computers were interesting, mostly because I know about them. It was also interesting to see how young they were when they started their businesses. I would have to say the best entrepreneurial idea would be a website in which you can customize clothing apparel, similar to that of NIKEiD but with other brands as well.

  9. The trend kind of is like, start the business early, they have been super driven , and they created something they enjoyed themselves. tumblr is my favorite new business idea, its just an awesome fun way for people to express themselves in a truthful manner without judgement. If someone offered me a million dollars for my entrepenure idea i would develop the gps built into stereos that uses vulgarity towards you when you make mistakes, its comical, and more than likely would be a hit among us younger people. Thats about all i got for a business idea.

  10. Some trends I noticed were courage, to just throw yourself out there and be noticed. Confidence, believing in yourself and your ideas. And probably the biggest, in my opinion, perseverance. Sticking it out and to just keep trying regardless of opposition or lack of success. I'm extremely interested in the computer technology business. It's pretty much the most valuable market out there right now. I mean the world runs on networking and computer communications. If someone offered me a million for a business idea I'd probably tell them about this idea I have for a revolutionary driving simulator.

  11. The trends that I notice were they start the business early, they are intelligent, and they created something that people wanted. Facebook is probably my favorite one, because I use it all the time. The most interesting thing is how young they all were when they started. I cannot think of any ideas I would have for someone.
